So full of the love and wisdom...Emily, I love this. So full of the love and wisdom of God.<br /><br />I thought of something else, from my own experience with a loved one experiencing panic attacks: embrace it, and seek the gift in it. You might know what I mean, and if so, I imagine you can explain it, and illustrate it from the scriptures much better than I can.<br /><br />Another idea, more in the way of practical details, is to imagine that the panic has some work to do, and decide a certain amount of time to let it work, like ten minutes for example, then ask God to help you let go of it and go on to something else.<br /><br />Another one: The person in my life keeps finding things to worry about during the panic.
