Fun Trends: Nail Polish

| Filed underWhat colors of nail polish should you wear this year? Earthy colors and nudes are "in" this year. You should be able to find all of the colors I mention at a local drug store or cosmetics store. I'll mention five "in" colors below.
Nude and Beige
Basically, it's fashionable this year to look like you're not wearing nail polish. For you girls who never have time to apply nail polish, this style is great! The biggest issues I have with nude nail color is that it's very easy to clash with your skin color. Sometimes nude-color nail polish can look weird with your skin, as strange as that may sound, so be sure to try on a tester before you purchase a bottle.
Chocolate Brown
I love wearing chocolate brown nail polish, especially during the cozy months of autumn. I have yet to see a deep brown clash with anyone's skin color. The only issue is that chocolate brown nails won't match a black shirt, so plan ahead before you wear this color of nail polish.
Burgundy
Deep red and burgundy are in style this year. Dark red isn't usually a color I like to wear, but I've seen many of my friends pull the color off with style and class. Dark red, at times, can match most colors you wear, even when you're wearing pink.
Dark Gray
I love dark gray. It's a very wintery and autumny color. It can be warm or cool, depending on what you add to your wardrobe. Gray matches just about any color. Make sure that it compliments your skin tone, but otherwise, I love the dark gray shades for sale right now.
Deep Purple
I love purple. It's one of my favorite colors, so I was glad when I started seeing more deep purple shades pop up on people's nails. Be sure the color of purple won't clash with your skin tone. Dark blues and purples, I read, will make you look less tan, but in the winter, that shouldn't be an issue.
