Midnight is the Introvert's Hour

What chore do you absolutely hate doing?
I hate vacuuming. This sounds completely pitiful, but loud noises bother me more than almost anything. I don't like to blow-dry my hair for the same reason. So my room tends to be vacuumed less often than it should be.

What is your favorite form of exercise?
I'm still working on this one! Right now, my exercise usually varies between Jillian Michaels videos on my computer or running on the elliptical at the Rec. But I don't have a favorite form of exercise right now. I wish I did. It would make living a healthy lifestyle so much easier.

What is your favorite time of day?
Midnight is my favorite time of day. I'm both an introvert and a night owl, so everything I love most tend to come together at this hour. Everyone in my house is usually in bed, so I can curl up with a book or a movie in solitary peace.

If you're an introvert, you might understand the guilt that comes from needing a lot of alone time. Each day, I like to recharge in my bedroom with the door shut, but when my roommates are socializing in the main part of the house, there is always a part of me that is unsure if it's rude for me to take time away. Staying awake after everyone else retires for the day is a good time for guilt-free relaxation.

What is your favorite month of the year?
Since my birthday month is October, I feel like that should be my answer. In reality, I most enjoy the month of July. The 4th is my favorite holiday and I love the feeling of summer: sunshine, no school, I'm back at home for a few months, and there is no snow to be found.

What is your least favorite mode of transportation?
Probably boat. I'm afraid of the water, so although I can handle transportation by boat, it just isn't my favorite. Looking at deep water and not knowing what lurks underneath is one of the worst feelings. I also think I should say TAMU bus transportation is one of my least favorites. Crowding eighty smelly people onto a tiny shuttle isn't my cup of tea.
